manolo’s, espana, and “sexo en nuevo york”
Last night shoedish watched “Sex and the City” en Espanol…err, well, I switched back and forth between English and Spanish (hey, I’m still learning here). Anyway, if you think that “SATC” is good in English, you should see it in Spanish (except that weird voice they cast for Carrie)! Somehow, it makes it seem that much more soapy and fabulous. To think I’d been nervous that there wouldn’t be any good television here! It’s even better! Double the fun! Hooray!! In appreciation of “Sexo en Nuevo York” (and yes, that really is the show’s title in Spain) I’m posting these pretty Manolo’s. I think that Carrie would approve.
