Ginger Goff is the boutique-shoe designer extraordinaire and quite possibly shoedish’s favorite avant-garde shoe designer. We were excitedly awaiting the launch of her new collection at the WSA Show, which she describes as “ageless sophisticate”. We agree! This is unique without being too risky; this is the kind of unique that anyone can feel comfortable doing. The ‘Bianca’ mary jane features a peep-toe and herringbone print, but the neutral colors act to balance the strong figure. The pretty ballerina flats have a sophisticated old London country maiden feel while remaining true to Goff’s dainty yet polished look. There is a ton more from the collection, which shoedish thinks is exquisite, unique, and timeless. As always, Ginger Goff is right on target.

Shoedish has two hot designer looks for less today! What could be better than that? These are also filling the void for our lack of wedding appropriate shoewear from ayer. First up we have Nine West’s version of the sexy Gucci sandal from the Summer 2008 runway. You can see how hot this shoe looks on by clicking here and the Nine West almost mirror’s it’s inspiration albeit the tiny cutout at the heel. If it means saving $500+ we’ll deal with the extra patent. Next up are these pretty copycats from RSVP, inspired by Charles David’s sexy platform sandals. The CD’s designer price is nothing like Gucci, but the RSVP’s are still much more affordable. How’s that for cheap and chic? All four pairs of shoes in 2 designs would look sexy rexy walking down any aisle. There’s just enough punch and sass without being to loud. Sex can be subtle, right? How many hail mary’s would you have to do to get away with wearing these in church? Forgive me father for I have sinned.
