Soles4Souls rocks! As you well know, shoedish is a big fan of Soles4Souls. It’s hard not to like something that satisfies both our love of shoes and charity and now S4S has done it again! Soles4Souls is starting its very own running team, SolesInMotion, which will provide both competitive and leisure runners with a charitable cause to support during races. New members can register today and will receive a personalized training plan and group support as well as dietary guidelines. “We’ve found the running community at large to be very supportive of our charity,” says Wayne Elsey, founder and CEO of Soles4Souls Inc. in a press release. “They are energized, engaged and open to our mission, which is to put shoes on the feet of needy people and victims of natural disasters.” SolesInMotion inaugural 10k/5k Race will be in Nashville on September 13. Shoedish has fallen in love! We know what you’re thinking, the shoe slut has done it again, but this time we think it’s the real deal. It happened when we visited Solestruck, one of our favorite candy stores (and by candy, we mean shoes) and met these sexy ‘Root Beer’ criss-crossed t-strap peep-toes from Oh, Deer. Can you blame us? Root Beer and shoedish are getting married next Friday and you’re all invited to the ceremony! Now, for that lovely matchmaker. Solestruck is an online shoe retailer for women who “knows that women’s shoes are more than just an accessory.” Thank God for that! All praise a women’s right to shoes! Solestruck has a slew of candy to satisfy that sweet tooth, from designer labels like Kenneth Cole and Madison Harding to shoedish favorites like Oh, Deer! and Betsey Johnson. Here’s another knockoff for all your designer shoe fiends that want your labels without the cost and again (surprisingly) these aren’t from Steve Madden. Okay, okay, we know we give SM a bad rap - there’s a history there, we promise - but it is nice to have a go to source for designer looks at cheaper prices. The problem with Steve Madden is that his copycat line of shoes is getting increasingly more expensive, which is why these Chloe knockoffs from Forever 21 are spectacular. Now this is a bargain basement priced knockoff; a copycat we can truly get behind. Thoughts? We’re not even sure that we like this cone-heeled peep-toe clog, but if we did we’d be picking up the $20+ shoe from F21. You?

Well these are kind of cute, Cutie McCutester, we’d say. A little bit of red goes a long way when its dressing a shoe and these pretty sandals have another thing going for them as well. We love the woven rope action that criss-crosses the vamp and as an added bonus, these Balenciaga sandals have an upward tassel flap on the back heel…interesting. Shoedish dreams in shoe and these Balenciaga sandals are currently at work coloring our dreams.
