crocs are bad for you?

Crocs are bad for you? Sorry kids, but haven’t we been trying to tell you this for quite some time. Haha! A new study shows that Crocs might not be the awesomely perfect casual comfort shoes everyone hopes and dreams they are and parents have taken note. The National Institute of Technology and Evaluation, a consumer safety group, has reported 40 incidents in which people have been injured while wearing Crocs. Apparently Crocs and escalators just don’t mix. One five-year-old girl broke her middle toe and had three of her toenails ripped off after her shoe was stuck on an escalator. Six others, mostly children and some as young as two, were mildly injured. Okay, so maybe Crocs themselves aren’t really that dangerous…just be careful when you’re wearing the clogs on moving stairs. I wonder how many people are injured each month wearing stilettos?

I think Crocs are getting a bad rap for this. I’ll bet that if the stats could be found, the accident/injury rate for Crocs would be no different than any other soft show like a sneaker.

I think that in this day and age EVERYONE wants to be they guy that said that a good product is bad when everybody else thinks it’s the best thing. I love crocks and have had them in Iraq. They were GREAT! I loved them. They are great for casual wear. If you are going rock climbing then wear rock climbing shoes!!! IT’S SIMPLE!!! As for escalators: Really? That’s all? They might get a toddler hurt on an escalator? Dont get me wrong hurt toddlers are not laughing matter but boo fucking hoo! Quit being whiny little bitches. Seriously, whats next are you going to sue McDonalds because you burned your lip on a Mc Griddle! WHO CARES! I wonder how many tennis shoes with their strings hanging out have caused injury. So about 40 injuries in America out of hmmm about 5-Million people. Seriously, shut the fuck up!
