Expensive Gucci Boot

At the end of last week, shoedish got all hot and bothered by the seasons new designer shoe collections because of the ridiculous prices they’re expecting people to pay. In a time where half the country can barely make their monthly house payments and buy a tank of gas, you’d think that marking designer shoe prices up by almost 50% would be the last thing that’s good for the economy. Then again, the people struggling under the current economical strife aren’t the people who buy designer shoes, but we’ll continue to protest none-the-less. These very pretty boots from Gucci, for example, are so ridiculously expensive that they should be embarrassed and hide away in a corner cowering under our combative glare of disgust. $1,516? On sale? Seriously?
