We’re trying to decide how we feel about these uber clunky knee-high platform boots from Nanette Lepore. The criss cross strappy vamp against the black suede looks a little cheap to us, which is uncharacteristic of the designer. On account of sheer loyalty and the fact that suede and leather is far from “cheap”, we’re going to give these boots the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to bad photography. Thoughts?
