Women’s dress heels were once considered wholly feminine, dainty, and flirty, and while these characteristics still remain today, they’ve added a few key words as well. There’s nothing particularly “dainty” about the pre-spring platform stilettos we’re seeing. Pastel-colors might be the only ode to that old school of thought. Designers have fully embraced studs, sky-high, and raw edgy materials to pump up the volume on fierce footwear.
