We fought it the first time…and it still came stomping with its spurs, clunky heels, gaudy snakeskin and all, so I guess it would be silly to try and fight it again. The cowboy boot is back! While we haven’t seen any of those awful colors, textures, and funky skins yet this recycle (thank goodness), there are still a ton of styles, colors, and designs to choose from. Shoedish is getting set for yet another big move. In the last 2 years, we’ve moved so many times, we feel like Jeff Lewis from Bravo’s Flipping Out - though slightly less neurotic and flippant. While we deal with moves on a fairly lighthearted level, this one is kind of making us crazy. With the cost of luggage on planes these days, we can’t justify packing everything, which means we have to leave some of our ridiculously large shoe collection behind. We’ve packed and repacked (and we’re very good packers), we’ve finagled and juked, but there is just no way that the whole brood can make the trip across the country. What, oh what, is a shoe whore to do?
