Charlotte Olympia has caught shoedish’s attention with her shoe collection for Summer ’10, which graced the feet of models during Spanish-born designer Emilio de la Moreno’s debut collection fashion show at London Fashion Week on September 18th. Shoedish recently began a new part-time job that requires us to be on our feet all day long. As previously mentioned, we’re also training for a marathon, so our feet have been swollen and sore for the last few weeks. This is an issue we’ve had little experience with, so you can imagine the fear and frustration weighing on our minds. We assume we’ll get use to the wear and tear - it can’t be any worse than learning to walk in stilettos for extended periods of time - but in the meantime we’re taking preventative measures. Shoedish is going to try Crocs! I know, right? Okay, so we are big, fat, hypocrites; this is certainly not breaking news. We have high expectations as far as comfort is concerned, so we’ll let you know the outcome.
