The nautical trend continues! We know that not all of you have jumped aboard the boat shoe bandwagon and that’s okay, but you may want to rethink your block on all things nautical, because Spring ’10 promises even more for the sailing-inspired shoe trend, especially when it comes to dress sandals for women. Designers have taken a cue from Fleet Week and have added dress heels to the list of shoes you can decorate with anchor charms, rope embellishments, cork details and of course, it wouldn’t be American-made nautical without a bit of red, white, and blue. Designers like Charles David, Miss Sixty, and Modern Vintage have added the natical-themed footwear to their list of Spring ’10 and Resort ’09 collections. All aboard!
