carnival-inspired jimmy choo
Shoedish has a bipolar-tastic range of obsessions. I guess most would call it an addictive personality, because we attach ourselves to new fixations, like running or vodka soda. When we read a new author that we like, for example, we have to read every book, essay, interview, and short story they ever wrote.
Our new obsession is the pious or penitential practices that gave birth to carnivals and circus and not in a sense that we find ourselves scrambling into the big tent every night to be mesmerized by flying acts and elephants. From books to reality shows to…shoes, it’s all about the festival for this shoe lover.
The one constant - as you all well know - is our complete and total lust for all things shoe, so lucky for us that Jimmy Choo has married our current obsession to their beautiful shoes. Who knew that shoedish’s bizarro manias had so much pull in the shoe design world!
These Magnum and Lily dress sandals from Jimmy Choo are not only inspired by carnivals, but the mix of neon colors, elaphe snake (on the Magnum only), and mesh will get you more notoriety than Grandma the Clown. Check out Jimmy Choo’s entire new collection online.
